RETURN POLICY
You can return most new and unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.
Items must be returned in new or unused condition and contain all original materials included with the shipment.
You can return most new and unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Upon arrival at the EZ Daze warehouse, all returned items are inspected.
How to Return:
To return your item, contact the EZ Daze customer service no later than 7 days from the time of delivery.
You can submit a return or replacement request by e-mail or phone and we will process your request and issue a Return Merchandise Authorization number.
The customer is responsible for return shipping unless we determined otherwise. We strongly recommend you to insure your return package for your own protection. We are not responsible for return packages lost in the mail.
If you wish to return an EZ Daze item purchased at our participating retailers, you must follow the return policy set forth by the retailer where the order originated. The return and exchange policies vary by retailer.
Refund Policy:
Returns with the original receipt will be refunded in the original form of payment.
Delivery fees are non-refundable and prior purchases are not eligible for price adjustments.
If the item is purchased during a Buy One Get One Free promotion all items must be returned for a full refund.
If the item has been opened or shows signs of use, you may be subject to a partial refund and/or charges of both original shipping.
If the return is a result of our error, the full cost of the merchandise and shipping charges will be refunded.
All orders shipped with a free shipping offer and returned for a refund, will be charged the original shipping charge of $6.99.
You will receive your refund in the original form of payment.
